Founded in 1986, Wai Yuen Electric Co. mainly undertakes the electrical works for government and commercial building, such as substations, large scale temporary electrical supply system and H.V. power distribution systems.
 
The company consists of engineering, maintenance, design, purchasing and quantity surveying departments. Thanks to their good co-ordination, it is capable to provide a full range of electrical services and equipment for diverse projects, and gains the confidence of main contractors. Currently, its major clients include Gammon, Maeda, China State, China Railway, etc.
 
Wai Yuen has participated in numerous major projects in Hong Kong. Apart from the electrical supply and lighting systems in Route 9 Shatin Tunnel, it is also responsible for the China Light Power (CLP) Emission Control Project and MGM Grand Macau Grounding System, electrical & MVAC works of Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) Po Shan Road Inspection Tunnel; Drainage Services Department (DSD) Tusen Wan Drainage Tunnel and Island West Refuse Transfer Station in Kennedy Town; electrical work of the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) Administration Building, as well as many footbridges and tunnel in the New Territories.

In the future, our company will seek for more government projects on one hand, and consolidate its business in private sector, aiming at building up a stable foundation for its long-term development.
